How much does it cost?+
Each tutor sets their own hourly rate, shown on their profile before you book. There is no subscription and no joining fee.
Where are the tutors based?+
Our tutors teach online from overseas, many of them from Nigeria and across Africa. Each profile shows the tutor's country and local time, and all lessons are in English.
How do you vet tutors?+
A person on our team checks every tutor's identity documents and reviews their profile, subjects and intro video before approving them. Parents rate tutors after lessons, and we track attendance.
What if the first lesson isn't right?+
Within 7 days of your first lesson with a tutor, you can swap to someone else and get that lesson back. Once per tutor.
What happens if the tutor doesn't turn up?+
You pay nothing for that lesson, and we email you tutors free at the same time.
Can we stop or pause?+
Yes. Weekly lessons can be paused or stopped at any time from your bookings page. There is no contract.
What do we need?+
A laptop or tablet with a camera and a modern browser. Lessons open in the browser; nothing to install.
